Bio: I originally discovered yoga when I was twelve years old and have loved it ever since. I practiced yoga at home with DVDs for the next six years. The first time I actually stepped foot in a yoga studio was right after high school when I moved to Tampa, FL to receive my yoga teacher training certification. It  was then that I discovered there’s more to yoga than just the physical practice. Since then, I have taught a variety of classes ranging from yin and restorative yoga to vinyasa and power yoga. To me, yoga is more than just something to focus on for an hour here or there. I think it’s more about what you take with you after that hour is over.

Why I love teaching yoga: I love teaching yoga because it has completely changed my life and i hope to inspire others to find the strength within themselves to overcome the obstacles they find on and off the mat.

Fun Fact: I’ve been a certified scuba diver since I was 11 years old.
