Motto: “Our prime purpose in life is to help others, if you can’t help them then at least don’t hurt them.” -HH Dalai Lama
Why I love teaching yoga: Yoga has helped me find more balance in my life and has made me more open to accepting myself and others. If I can provide a safe space for someone else to begin to find something new in their own life, then it has all been worth it.
