BIO- As a wife and mother of three beautiful healthy kids, yoga has been my recharged point. The practice of yoga taught me to be present not only on the mat but in my every day life as well. After a lot of dedication and sweat that came practicing yoga over a period ten years. I finally decided to take control of what I love to do. With fear of public speech, turns out that we need what we are resisting and that's why this journey is a personal transformation unlike any other. I received my 200-hour training with Tami Schneider at Cleveland Yoga in spring 2018. Once I completed my first training, I became obsessed and few months later I started a new 200-hour journey Awake To My Soul with Ylonda Greene from whom I will be graduating in 2019. I have been actively attending numerous workshops and get very inspired by all the yoga teachers around me.
Why I love teaching yoga - Yoga is for everyone, even if you don't feel like you are very flexible or very strong. The amazing thing about yoga is that your practice is always evolving and changing, so it never gets boring. Yoga teaches us to be present in the moment, there is no greater place to be than right here, right now. We all have stress in our lives, and with even more demands in our daily schedules the time to breath mindfully and tune into ourselves is not often a priority. I believe yoga can serve to make everyone's life a better one. To be able to share my energy, love and passion with others is empowering.
Fun Fact - My family, sitting at any sporting event watching my kids play sports. I also love sewing which makes me get more creative with my inner self.
Motto - Yoga is organic. Yoga is Mind, Body & Soul made! - Monica Biliboaca
